Is a 1993 infiniti j30 a alright car for a 16 year old?

my son found this car in the ads, it has 45,500 miles on it, and is only 2000. the car runs great, has many standard features. Im not to sure if that type car will really make his ca insurence high, can anyone help? and is it a good car in general?
