It is definitely a scam. Especially 'tickets' to the museums. Those are probably free! And why the money so far in advance...book a family trip to DC instead. It's a great place for bonding, especially compared to New York or Disney World or whatever. But worldstrides is scamming you. DO NOT PAY WORLDSTRIDES!
