Which QB To Start This Week?

Im debating whether to start Aaron Rodgers vs Carolina or Kurt Warner vs Phili, i cant make a decision, i think the Eagles p D is pretty good but is there any way to stop Warner & the Cards receivers these days? Any help is appreciated
