Is the Goverment of Irag contributing to the killings of Christian there?

200 of my brother in Christ were killed and many more have to run for their life's. The Government there are just not bother just because they are Christian. Why? They are afraid of the militants. Is it better for them to just let the Christian be kill there? The killing must stop.
