Do police monitor YAHOO answers to ferret out lunatics who may be terrorists or even child molesters?

I am finding people who repeatedly refute the numbers of missing children in Florida and who argue vehemently against statements made by the Center for Missing and Exploited children? I wonder if these individuals are being checked out? Or if they can be checked out legally according to new laws enacted with The Patriot Act.
