Is it possible that U.F.O.'s that visit and abduct people are just galactic health inspectors?

Or maybe fish and wildlife officers, i mean they come to earth grab a couple of hicks from a corn feild, probe them and tag them and send them on there merry little way, i think that aliens are afraid of catching something from humans so they don't make official contact with us, after all look at how many diseases humans carry heck humans can get diseases from animals, just imagine what they must think of us.
