My BSc and MSc Dregrees in electrical engineering are not from USA, How can I obtain licence to work in USA?

I have a lot off experience for more than 18 years old in electronics, communications and computers as a designer out of USA, and also a lecturer in the college of engineering out of USA, and published many papers in my specialization in USA, France and UK.
