When did Illinois repeal it's 'Copperhead' laws?

When Lincoln issued his Emancipation Proclamation, Illinois ped a law that stated that no freed slaves could come live in Illinois. A few other midwest states followed suit. They became known as 'Copperhead States'. When and how were these issues resolved?
