Will this computer run WoW smoothly?

With your current setup your not even going to be able to run at medium settings with little video lag because your running on Vista. Your going to need to at least double the amount of RAM your have preferably 3-4GB and I think medium settings should be fine. As for max settings there's simply no way your going to be able to play that decently.
