2000 Crysler concord 4 disk cd changer will not eject disk, just reads ERR. please help Why?

These OEM changers that come with cars are usually low quality. even aftermarket changers sometimes. The mechanism inside is jammed, u can pay a stereo shop to fix it for u, but it will happen again guaranteed. my advice? get an ipod adaptor hookedup to the same CD changer port to your stereo, get an ipod and live happily ever after.
