Is it rude to do drugs in public?

Of course it's bad table manners. Who wants smoke being blown into one's mashed potatoes whilst people are sitting there discussing "how we should like....ya know...overthrow the government and stuff..."? If not smoking it, it's still out of place to roll it. Tell your friends to go hotbox in a basement somewhere else.
