Not officially (a la Clay Aiken/Lance B) but she has on numerous occasions alluded to the fact that she and samantha ronson are together. So not through her publicist nor through any media publications, but you figure with the amount of time she is spending with Sam, and the fact that she's pretty much hinted at it so much that it doesn't need to be asked. She is a (or at the very least in a relationship)
