Just learning on my first sport bike looking for some tips.?

just bought my first bike its a 2000 f4 ive raced dirtbikes from 13-18 years old im now 25 any tips anyone have that you wished someone told you? also ive had the speed wobble on my dirtbike a few times and scares the **** out of me whats the best way to avoid that. any tips or help i would appreciate thanks...
