What was the simplest Civil war battle? Easiest to understand?

Look under Wikipedia, Asheville, NC. It was a very simple and fast-ending battle that was fought where our University of North Carolina College is now. Of course, though, these men were from Asheville who fought off the Union Soldiers. Anyway, it is good reading. We were mostly untouched by the Civil War since we lived in the mountains, even though we had soldiers fight on both sides. There was another one at Deep Creek, NC.
