Will 2003 ford f-150 factory radio fit 2003 ford expedition?

I have a 2003 ford expedition. came with factory 6cd changer. cd player no longer works. would like to replace with another factory radio from ford to minimize theft. Am familiar that many parts for expedition and f-150 are similar. saw for sale used single disc radio from ford f-150 part number 6L3T 18C869 AD. will this fit into my 2003 expedition as replacement radio?
